Very bad they must have a transparent tracking system. My package was lost for 2days..and if im asking monamaar team, they are saying we don't know you have to check personally and if the packge is not found they said we will send it again but whats the point we order stuffs before time so we can can wear as planned..not when the product will be deilvered.so i had a bad experience with them..im gonna avoid ordering from here.
