Very disappointed with my experience.
My order was marked as delivered to a locker, but I NEVER received any access code or package. I checked the location multiple times — nothing was there.
Customer support was not helpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they redirected me to the carrier and refused to take responsibility, even though I purchased shipping protection.
In my case, when the package was lost or misdelivered, they did NOT provide a refund or proper solution.
