Hidden fees, poor customer service, and electing to put my balance to be refunded on a gift card rather than back to my credit card per my request. This is something I have now requested four times via customer service. I like the products but due to both hidden fees, very different product sizing, and non-refunding my payments I cannot purchase again nor recommend unless this gets adequately resolved.
