My order was lost in the mail for over a week, stuck in the oven-like postal truck traveling back and forth from PA to Texas then back to PA. I tried contacting customer service several times to ask if the extremely high temperature for such a long time would affect the efficacy of the supplements. Nobody answered me. At least not until the pills were delivered after 9 over heated days. I was told they would be fine. I’m not so sure. They don’t seem to be doing anything.
