Horrible! Customer service is terrible. After multiple emails and appropriate pictures taken of the shoes and their not worn soles to get authorization for my returns. Nothing after 3 weeks of emails and asking for assistance. Do not recommend this company or their heels.

Comfortable shoe for the most part except for the toes post. If you have short stubby toes like me, might not be the most comfortable. Tons of support for the arch and pretty cushioned sole but the toes post really dug in between my toes where I had to eventually cut it out. After that the shoe felt great. Just something to consider if you have short toes!
