I would have liked to have been kept up to date on when u would receive the table, instead I had to contact you to ask the question. I did receive a reply on my second email which was good as I was starting to think this wasn’t a genuine company. The quality of the table itself I can’t fault, but what should have been simple assembly proved to be a nightmare!

The only point I would raise would be to improve expectation management. The website said 2 weeks lead time for these tables. It took over 6 weeks in the end. Kristian did update me when I enquired after 3 weeks which was great. Nobody minds waiting for products like this that are made to order if they know the lead time.
