I have never had any issues with my orders from Dirtea and have been their customer for 2 years now. I wish the box/parcel the products are sent in was more environmentally friendly though. Originally, gave Dirtea 5 stars review which they deserve for the quality of their products but then they kept sending further e-mails to me to add photos or videos … went back to my review and took off one star for that. There are enough e-mails associated with a single purchase as it is. If I wanted to attach any photo or video to my review I would have done it first time round!

I placed a one-off order and, without clearly realising it, was signed up to a monthly subscription for a product I never asked for. I was then charged and sent an item I did not order.
I contacted customer support immediately after receiving the shipping confirmation email, and I was told that I could simply return the product. What they failed to mention was that I would have to pay the return postage myself. As a result, I had to pay £4 to send back an item I never ordered in the first place
