There was a huge delay with delivery and as compensation I was offered 10% off my next purchase. Due to my blue light card I already get 10% off so I asked for 20% of the delivery to be refunded but I was told they couldn't. I therefore cancelled my subscription as I'd like something that arrives reliably. Ironically I was offered 20% off my next order not to leave but it was too late by then.
