I think it is un-necessarily complicated to change orders and cancel subscriptions--I also feel trying to claim my rewards has not been straight forwards and I am still waiting to receive them in an order. Not keen on subscription services, I prefer to buy at a fair price without having to subscribe. The cashback is annoying too as you only can use £10 per order. Just charge a fair price for the product in the first place please. I am very suspicious of schemes which are touted as money saving but then have restrictions on them.
