I have ordered the 6 pack 3 times. The last shipment was lost and they sent me a new order with the understanding that if the lost one ever shows up to send it back!!! Who trusts their customers like this? The lost order hasn't shown up yet, but when it does, I will mostly certainly ship it back!!!

I ordered medium potty pads but received large pads because the medium pads were out of stock. I emailed them and they said if I couldn’t use them to send them back and they would send me the medium pads when they came in which I received.
