The Tenways website indicates the AGO T is suitable for someone who is 5'3". I'm 5'3" and my tip toes do not touch the floor. I bought the bike through the Tenways website and it has been a hassle with getting it returned. The international team passed me off to the USA team, and now I'm still waiting for return instructions and it's been days since I requested the return. The disassembling, packing, and re-boxing has taken me hours. Not to mention the countless emails to Tenways. However, I'm very impressed with the quality of the bike, and will likely purchase a CGO model, BUT from a bike shop directly to avoid all this hassle.
