I was personally very surprised when we collected the Medium CozyCube we were only given one do the boxes (boxes 2 of 2), and identified this when we got home. The delivery went to pakenham.
As soon as we noticed, we called the agents in pakenham and they delivered the remaining box, box 1 of 2.
I would suggest the guys at front desk do a check measure to ensure all boxes/documents are accounted for.
Still good service from pakenham.
