Ordered Nov 21, received Dec 1. Typically wear 9.5, per recommendation sized up to a 10, way too small. No phone number to call to learn how to return/exchange. Went to chat, entered messages, waited, waited. Screen text said I'd get a response via email, still waiting. Website said free returns for 30 days, looks now like I pay shipping and a 7.00 fee. 13 bucks to return a 55 buck purchase is anything but free. Tell me how to return, I don't want a bigger pair, at this rate I won't get till r

The socks are comfortable, but the quality is terrible. As you can see in the pictures, the glue is all over the fabric, making it look like a cheap, low-quality product. I bought two pairs and am returning one because I can’t return what I have already used. You need to improve the quality. I paid more than I saw on Amazon, but in the end, I received a lower-quality product for a higher price.
