Paid for expedited shipping 3 - 5 day delivery. Ordered Nov 25 received Dec 19. Contact customer service and they said they couldn't help the USPS shipping issues. They never even offered to refund my express mail costs and i did ask for it. So I can't give them anything but a terrible rating.-
