I contacted customer support before ordering because I have wider-than-average feet and was advised to size up based on my shoe size with Vivobarefoot, but the socks were still uncomfortably narrow. Despite following their recommendation, I was denied a full refund and had to pay return shipping to receive only a partial refund. This felt unfair given that the sizing advice came from their own representative. If you have wider feet, I’d recommend staying away.
