Everything about the ordering and receiving the the scooter was perfect, and it arrived on schedule and was in excellent condition, however, I actually received the scooter a lot faster than the second charger I ordered separately, the scooter arrived a week and a half later after ordering, I ordered the fast charger over a month ago and I'm still waiting, but the original scooter order was perfect.
