Scooter also came with missing parts, two screws to mount the handlebars, missing an air valve on one of the tires. Hope the scooter holds up have my fingers crossed. Definitely look into all the reviews on this scooter before purchasing it and their communication skills are not bad.

I love the LS7+ 72v and the thumb throttle was MUCH better than the trigger one but I'm slightly annoyed that I have ordered two controllers for the LEDS and neither would pair with them . Out 50+ dollars and lots of waiting .
