I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I was required to pay £ instead of £129 for the academic bundle, as I had to pay 3200 SEK (£262) instead of the advertised price of 1570 SEK (£129). I had already paid courier charges when I initially booked this item. Upon the package’s arrival, the delivery company requested an additional 1000 SEK for delivery. I contacted Hundred Gloves to return the products, as they were too small for me, but they do not offer free returns.

I would rate the gloves higher as my son is loving them but can only give 2 stars for the overall experience as I had the wrong gloves sent and then I had to pay extra to have these chance plus the extra delivery and then once I had sent my money I had to sent a further email to ask when my son would receive these otherwise I belive we would still be waiting to hear back now
