The return policy needs to change to cover returning candles that you don't like the scent of. The customer pays around $40 after taxes and shipping for your product, and there is no way to know what it will smell like other than your (biased/subjective) description. If the candle has not been burned and is still in its original packaging, there should be no reason why it cannot be returned. If perfume companies can do it, so can you; you're just choosing not to and scamming your customers out of their hard-earned money that they trusted you with in exchange for a product that they could use and love. Totally disappointing coming from a small, female-owned business.
