Overall, great experience. Love the site and even the return process was quick and easy for the board shorts I bought that were too small for me.

A customer service was rude. They didn’t help me fix my balance after you had to buy one get one sale instead they told me that I missed the promotion. Well, if that’s the case, then I could’ve returned the entire thing and just bought them again cause you’re so stupid you wouldn’t r refund a couple of dollars, you lost a customer. stupid. Go ahead and fire your customer service whoever didn’t help me.

frustrating to pay extra for "easy returns" but that doesn't include shipping an exchanged item immediately once the exchange is initiated. That service is provided for free by most retailers at this point
