I absolutely love this wig! I get so many compliments on it because it looks so natural and realistic. It forms beautifully to my head and is incredibly comfortable. I do have a larger head, so my only small wish is that it came in a slightly bigger size, but other than that, it is absolutely perfect. I ordered my unit on March 18 today is April 20. I still have not received the unit. I spoke with someone regarding the two day shipping refund. Yeah I was told that I would receive and I still have not received it. I also reached out to someone regarding a refund and info for the unit that was ordered and no one has reached back out to me. I feel like I’ve been robbed. I ordered the unit for client and had to pay them back out of pocket for the unit. I am extremely disappointed in HOL stores.
