Not happy!!!! Original order included two defective smok rpm5 units. Email only customer service is terrible sometimes taking days for a response. Ultimately I got two different units but it ended up costing me nearly double my initial purchase. Yes it’s cheaper to buy here than going to local shop but hassle of dealing this makes the saving not worth it. In this case it was way more expensive shopping this way because it cost me nearly double. All I wanted was for them to be replaced.

I am glad they made some changes as I quit shopping here in 2019 when they wouldn't ship to my house and had no pickup option and I live in the town where they are located Las Vegas, NV they buckled under the shipping regulations even though Vegas never had any such rules.
I only ventured back to their website when my Vmate pods where out of stock at my regular site. They had some so I decided to see if they had changed their policy about shipping.
Now they have a local pickup location YAY!
