Delicious, natural, independent and excellent nutrition. What's not to love!? I bought all three flavours and particularly lovely the star berry and the vanilla. I'm just not very good at getting enough calories in throughout the day, and this has made it super easy to get that extra nutritional boost on the go. Also it has already added bulk to my muscles (I'm male, so this shouldn't deter females who want tone as it may affect you very differently) and I haven't even been lifting weights yet!
