I’m giving two stars because someone did actually respond to me and was very cordial. However, the delivery times are very misleading on the website. It said that it would take five days for me to get the sink. Instead, it took weeks. If the website was upfront, I wouldn’t have a problem. Now that I’m seeing the quality of the sink, I wish I just canceled the order when I had the chance. Please don’t get me wrong, I see the craftsmanship. But the sink is not up to the standards of the cost.
