Extremely bad customer service when buying a new product from this company spent 3 months trying to explain their factory tightened screws on the motor mount too tight did not matter if you heated them up or not to remove the screws were embedded and to use the tool to remove got stripped in the head of the screw had to drill out spent months talking to these people never got anywhere with them very very bad Customer service will never buy from them again I had to buy three motor mounts
