Everything about the shopping experience was excellent -- with the exception of the costs associated with returning my item, which does not fit properly. The return shipping cost (over $30) when added to the initial cost to ship the item (over $20) totals almost exactly 33% of the purchase price ($60 shipping / $180 purchase price). My one suggestion to make shopping with Wanan more practical would be to reduce the cost of returning an item.
