Website has a huge banner saying they ship express and items are delivered in 24-48 hours. They shipped my item with the slowest shipping option so I did not receive it in time for my event. I asked customer service when it shipped ground why it wasn’t shipped express and they tried to tell me it was delayed because of customs but the tracking clearly states is wasn’t shipped express. They stopped responding and over a week later and the item never came.
