I explained it in my previous response. I cannot use the liners as they do not fit into my boots. I emailed the company weeks ago about how to return and receive a refund for the unused liners. I have heard nothing. If the company responded, I did not receive it. Therefore, I can only say that my experience with the store has been totally unsatisfactory.
