Atleast do some communication with the buyer if your product does, that too on first day of use. Selling cheap junk at premium prices and then not providing any kind of support when product is supposed to be under warranty is not acceptable in any way. This is plainly fraud & forgery. It is an overseas company so no legal action cam be taken, otherwise I would have sued the company for such bad practices and have won the case under few minutes
