I only gave 4 stars because I did the order online and was told when I could pick up my order; however, when I got to the store I was told that they don't put the order through until I arrive to pick it up, and I had to wait 15-20 minutes (at that time) for them to mix the paint. I did the online payment so I could just stop in 'quickly' and pick it right up. The store clerks were nice, though.
