I am requesting a full refund for this product because it does not clean as advertised. The performance is far below what was described, and the product quality is poor. Based on the advertised claims, I expected a functional cleaning result, but the item fails to deliver that. I believe this constitutes false or misleading advertising and would like to return the product for a refund.
