WR Performance products took my credit card payment on Aug 19th. I wrote them 7 days later on Aug 26th to find out if it had been shipped, because I could not find that it had. On Aug 27th, customer service wrote to tell me that their system initially identified my order as a possible fraudulent charge. It does not seem logical to me that a vendor would take money, but not reach out for a week (until prompted) if there was an issue with the transaction (when there was not). Finally shipped 8/27.
