Very poor delivery service . The shipping company claimed to have attempted delivery twice about 1 week apart. We did not see or hear any attempts at our doorway (security camara) After each “attempt” our package was sent all the way back to Prince George, which is 5 hours east of our home. Please use a different delivery courier.

Since we can’t try them on, I think it would be great to have photos of models in various sizes and specify the models height and weight. I bought a size too big because I was worried about sizing, and exchanging it for another size is way too expensive.
My other suggestion is to make sure there is enough stock. I wanted to buy a red hoodie too, but they’re sold out.
