First, I paid $15 extra dollars for shipping to make sure these products got here BEFORE my son's birthday. I originally got a shipment notice stating the package would arrive 2 or 3 days before his birthday...so plenty of wiggle room there. They showed up the day AFTER his birthday! So not only did i have to go buy other party supplies but it wasn't what he had asked for and I disappointed him on his birthday. Second, the box was packed poorly so the cups were unusable, smashed with rips.
