I purchased several items from Ava Estell over the festive season, but unfortunately, three products were missing from my order. It seems they may have been stolen through the postal system and replace with Christmas wrapping paper. After I sent Ava Estell a photo and informed them about the missing items, they promptly addressed the issue and replaced the products without hesitation. This was the only problem I've encountered with my orders from Ava Estell; all my previous purchases have arrived on time and complete. Overall, I appreciate their excellent customer service and commitment to resolving issues.

Purchased this and another product as Christmas presents for someone but neither product came in time for Christmas, so I had to cancel and request a refund. Even though I specifically told the customer services team that I needed it in time for Christmas, they were unable to tell me when I the order would be sent. I tried complaining to Yaw (CEO) but never got a response from him. Very disappointing and very very poor service.
