My shopping experience with Ghar Soaps was disappointing. My brother tried to cancel an order due to a number issue, but their reply said it couldn’t be cancelled and felt rude. When I ordered, I needed my address changed from Jharkhand to Udupi. They said it was updated, but the order still went to Jharkhand. When I asked to cancel, their response was again unhelpful and rude.
