I ordered Magic Soap twice from your official website. My first order was good and effective, but the second order of four soaps was disappointing. The color and texture were different, both sides felt rough, and black sand-like particles caused discomfort. After using it, my skin worsened despite no changes in routine or environment. I believe there is a serious quality issue and request investigation.
