It took 3 shipments to get the order correct. Im pleased with the items but the shipping experience was horrible. I also shared Spiral Bible with a friend before my experience and she also received the wrong items and they had to ship a second time to correct. I will say they made it right for both of us, but they should really consider using a different shipping / handling company.
