I had a positive experience. My spiral book and accessories were great. They have really good communication about your order. My item was on backorder for a few weeks. They sent an update almost every week with my order status. I placed another order to get one for my daughter and a book for my grandsons. Highly recommend!

I was a little nervous purchasing this after seeing the things on Facebook for it over and over again. And I didn't know if it was going to end up being a scam website so I was very uncomfortable placing the order but I was very pleased when it arrived. Everything is as advertised and definitely worth the price.
