I ordered the DailySip mug on August 28th, but instead of the mug I received a diary I never asked for. Fine, I decided to keep the diary and gave it another try — I ordered the DailySip again. When it finally arrived, the box was crushed and open. The mug had been placed in a flat cardboard envelope, which is not suitable for round items, and that is likely why it opened. This type of packaging might work for books, but not for items like mugs. Overall, I was left disappointed with this order
