Everyone was super helpful! When I emailed, they located my purchase and updated me on the process. Before purchasing I inquired about a certain color palette I had found on Pinterest and they told me the exact colors I’d need! I’m impressed with their customer service!
The colors they recommended were beautiful! They are true to the pictures shown on the website, which was releasing upon seeing them in person. The texture of the dreads were soft and flowed like real hair! The install was very simple.
I do plan to order more dreads to complete my current look. I will not be ordering dreads from anyone else, my experience was incredible! I do want to order different colored dreads so that I have several looks available! I can’t wait to purchase more sets!
