I ordered a cake stand for my wedding, but it didn’t arrive on time — in fact, I didn’t receive it until two months later, and only after repeatedly chasing them. When I finally got a response, they were incredibly rude and claimed they had tried to contact me several times. When I asked for proof, they sent screenshots of my own messages chasing them! They then insisted I pay another delivery fee.
