We enjoyed our experience with the sales rep, and ordering the machine and kit was easy. The packaging and presentation of the kit felt good for such an expensive purchase. The reason we put 4 instead of 5 stars is our perspective of value for money. We were on the fence between the small machine and the medium one, and the decision of which one to pick was difficult due to the price. We would also like an add-on pulley package to be available with only the pulleys and at a better price point.
