The toy is a hit with the cats. However, after only a month or so of use, it's not running well, apparently due to the friction of the string against the rubber piece in the main unit. In addition to having to reset it constantly because the pulleys don't stay in place, this is very frustrating. The toy was expensive, and should have much better longevity and operation. I hope to get help from support regarding the slow operation. I can't imagine this is unusual though, clearly a design flaw.

Your products are very good. Bought the pounce because I have, what I thought, was small dogs, miniature dachshunds. It's too slow for them and they can easily catch the decoy and move the pulleys. I'll be purchasing the full size, out door one in the near future.
