The original stone that I ordered was not available. The Furever Memories staff took the time to call me and go over my options. They upgraded my order to a more expensive memorial stone but did not charge me for it. They apologized that the stone that I ordered was still on the website despite being out of stock. They sent a proof prior to making the stone to insure I was happy with it. They were extremely polite and thoughtful.
