The customer service was excellent. I shared that the shoes I received were too small for my 4-pound Maltipoo. Even though they were purchased on final sale, the company immediately mailed out the next size up, which I greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the larger size was also too small. My dog is tiny at only 4 pounds, so I was surprised that neither size fit. The sizing chart seems to run smaller than expected.
