Understandably the store was a bit chaotic with the dogs trying on shoes, may make sense to have appointments for try on to avoid any feisty dogs :) wish the shoes worked well for my dog.

I'm disappointed that there's not more information readily available when ordering about how to properly get the right size boots for my dog. The chart only bases sizing on width of paw, which is very important, but my dog's paw length was too long for the boots that fit her properly for width & the next size up was WAY too big. Also, the info that comes with the boots just tells me that they will be a tight fit. My dog could only walk in them for a while before finally refusing to walk more
