Terrible Customer Service
I never received my item. I reached out to support after an extended waiting time based on when it was supposedly shipped, no tracking number so all I have to go off is their word. And was told it was still in transit and to wait a couple more days. I waited a week and it still had not arrived, and reached out again. They told me they would have the warehouse remake the order and ship it out with tracking, this did not happen either. I ordered on November 17th, expecting it to arrive before Christmas, and here we are still nothing to show for my order.
