My order was quite expensive, and the shipping time ended up being really deceptive (a lie if you want my opinion). I reached out to Customer Service right away to change or cancel my order before it was even shipped, and they were not willing to help, until they even ghosted my emails and stopped answering. Their carrier kept not delivering my package for days. Worse customer experience I've ever had. oh and when my package arrived it was missing one tag/had a wrong one instead. Do not order.

I returned the backpack within the legally required 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law. I also sent the package with insurance and tracking, which confirms that it was successfully delivered to the seller.
Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact the seller, but my messages have been ignored. Despite having received the returned item, the seller has not issued a refund. I would not recommend this seller to anyone.
