The company has a complete lack of disregard for you. There is no customer service. My last package was "not their concern". They gave me a 15% off code to buy a second one because the mail lost the first one. All they had to do was make a claim with the postal carrier since they were the shipper, I could not do I just basically gave them my money. And they never sent me my 10% for signing up for the emails. All in all, I got my second necklace, but not buying again from them.
