Items come damaged and are not protected during shipping tossed into a bag with zero protection. Nobody at niimbot seems to care that all the boxes were damaged upon arrival. The labels clearly state they are red and black labels, but when using my niimbot b21 pro, it only prints in black. I paid over 80.00 for a thermal printer that was advertised as a thermal printer that could print in both red and black with the proper labels. But thats not the case.
